Meet our mothers
Our dams live in our home as family pets first. They are health-tested, well cared for, and only ever bred when they are mature, settled and thriving.
Clover
- Gold and white

Clover is our steady, sensible girl and a wonderful mother. She is calm with visitors, endlessly patient with her puppies, and the one who settles the whole room simply by lying down in it. Her litters are famously easy-going.
Hazel
- Brindle and white
- 3 years old
- AKC registered
- Health-tested, BOAS assessed
Hazel is bright, busy and endlessly affectionate. She passes on a curious, people-loving temperament and a beautifully balanced Shih Tzu outline. She is also the reason nothing edible is ever left on a low table.
How we care for our girls
Each of our girls has a full health screening before she is ever considered for breeding, including hip and eye checks and a breathing (BOAS) assessment appropriate to the breed. We keep litters small and well spaced, and every mother retires into her own home with us once her breeding days are over.

Curious about a litter?
Ask us which of our girls is expecting, and what that means for timing. We will be honest about waiting lists and never take a deposit on a litter that is not yet confirmed.
